General information:

At the time of booking guests must pay 30% of the full price within one week of the confirmation date.
The handing over of the flat will take place after 4 p.m. and not later than midnight on the day of arrival and will have to be vacated by 9 a.m. on the day of departure.
Children are considered as adults
Only the number of people declared can be accommodated in the flat
Small dogs (max 10Kg) and cats are accepted on ground-floor flats only after confirmation by the direction and by paying € 50.00 extra. Animals must have adjourned medical documents.
An anticipated departure or delayed arrival of guests does not give right to any refund.
Guests are expected to treat the flats with care, and the equipment therein, and likewise to leave everything in the same condition found and to pay for any eventual breakages or damage caused. As a guarantee of the above mentioned, guests will have to pay on arrival € 100,00 as caution which will be refunded on day of departure in case of no damages.
In case of cancellation: the deposit will be fully returned only following written notice of cancellation not later than 45 days before the day of arrival.

Why holidays in low season?

Because the Riviera Ligure has a mild climate throughout the year. In spring and autumn the beaches are less crowded, the sun is warm and there is more time to discover the inland, appreciate the typical food and enjoy pleasant walks or bicycle rides.
